Who would have thought that little old me would post up a Ron Paul thread, but here it is...

    http://handsoffchina.org/?p=14

I found it on the website for Hands off China! - a front for the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist)...

It's the place to be... I always hand out there... ;):p

It's good to see him speaking up for how bad America sucks while defending the melonheads who run China.

That's the type of patriotism that has made him the third candidate in this year's Presidential race. :D

Actually, what he is saying is, people who live in glass houses, shouldn't throw stones. If we are going to kidnap and torture, commit war crimes, bomb civilians, and establish a domestic police state with the Patriot Act, Military Commission Act, John Warner Defense Authorization, Thought Crimes Bill, REAL ID and disregard for FISA, then we're really in no position to be criticizing other countries for their authoritarianism.

One would be wise to give a wide berth to China. They own us. Lock stock and barrel. If they wanted to, they could collapse the currency in less than a week.

This is all political showboating anyways. Congress has a bottom of the barrel approval rating, the economy is tanking, the wars have stalled and people are losing confidence in the system, so their answer to those challenges is to point at China and play "holier-than-thou"?

People better wake up. Before it's too late.

Some people just don't have the same tolerance for nationalistic bullsh%t as joe sixpack. Americans gripe about politicians, but are too blind to see when one is being honest.

I thought Ron Paul's comments were pretty spot on really - which is the reason why I posted up the article in the first place.

Ron Paul is a gold salesman. Nothing more and nothing less. But I will admit I agree with him about border agents/laptops. He got that one right :)
