    Ron Paul Goes Coast2Coast
    http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/020160.html

Monday night on the first hour of George Noory's Coast to Coast, the radio show with the largest nighttime audience in the world and more than 600 affiliates, Ron Paul will talk about his important new book, The Revolution: A Manifesto.

Says ex-congressman Barry Goldwater, Jr.: the book is "the real truth about liberty. It takes a wrecking ball to the political establishment. My dad would have loved it; it's The Conscience of a Conservative for the 21st century."

Why Ron Paul Scares the GOP
    http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1724358,00.html?xid=rss-nation

Decent article. Seeks to marginalize the revolution, little do they know it's just getting started.... :) (Read below)

    ...

This is the audio from the Republic Broadcast Network interview I posted already. Listen to the last two minutes.

There is no other candidate (or maybe even party) with this sort of momentum, passion and focus.

    ...

This is the Coast to Coast interview with George Noory. The interview was scored by the grassroots and an 8,000 email request bomb.

The biggest thing I learnt about the Ron Paul candidacy is that MSM publicity blows advertising out of the water in terms of exposure.

I agree, but nothing solicits a greater emotional response than the intentional misrepresentation and marginalization.

It really fired a lot of people up, and got them active and donating.

    Ron Paul’s Graphics Revolution
    http://campaignstops.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/03/25/ron-pauls-graphics-revolution/index.html

Pretty interesting blog entry on the variety and inspiration of Ron Paul "grassroots" campaign graphics. Two great pictures in here for sure.

Anti-war can be liability in GOP
    http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0308/9183.html

Contrasts the recent primary loss by Wayne Gilchrist with a possible loss for Walter B. Jones. Dr. Paul is used as the example of an anti-war Republican who can still win easily against a challenger.

Jones was the guy who coined "freedom fries" to show his disapproval for the French not supporting the US.

Yeah, the true underdog story is always a winner. Some how McCain also positioned himself as an underdog when really he's just a dog.

OK, I don't think I posted this yet, and I am a total idiot.

Today is the last day of the Mises Institute book sale, to celebrate the Site redesign. I think it is 15% off, but obviously time is now short.

    These are Ron Paul's books.
    http://mises.org/store/search.aspx?Keywords=Paul, Ron

I picked up some other good ones recently, but I forgot to use the coupon. DOH!

Frank Chodorov's "One is a Crowd" and Walter Block's "Defending the Undefendable".

More RP updates to come shortly.

Oh, also, Dr. Paul's new book (Revolution, A Manifesto) is coming out through Amazon not the Mises Institute like his other books.

Ron Paul Interview WOR Radio New York 03/31/2008 [Audio]
    http://www.libertymaven.com/2008/03/31/ron-paul-interview-wor-radio-new-york-03312008-audio/997/

Awesome interview. Dr. Paul totally deflates the interviewers when he tells them straight up, how it is. You can see why he didn't win any states so far. He's really sober and doesn't promise the voter much except self-reliance and freedom. :)

    ---

Results from the Texas conventions have been mixed. Some counties emailed their party members warning of a Missouri style Revolution.

Anyway, here is one super result...

First, my County Chairman has resigned and I have become the Robertson County Texas GOP Chairman. Second is that 3 out of 6 delegates to the State Convention are Ron Paul supporters, the other 3 and the 6 alternates aren't neocons. We passed resolutions against AG subsidies, against the Trans Texas Corridor, against abortion, against the government involvement in marriage, against the income tax (coupled with fair tax), against the Kyoto Protocol, against Kodex Elementarius, for the right to bear arms, for immigration enforcement.

Then I went to the Brazos County (College Station, Bryan) convention. It went wonderful, we got 5 delegates and 25 alternates out of 52 delegates and 52 alternate (we had three people on the nominations committee). We were highly organized and know exactly who are people are. Then the resolution came up. The resolutions committee (of which we also had three members) had prepared 88 resolutions to be submitted. This is after 4 hours of other business. So they voted resolutions in block. I was so proud of our people. Every time a block of resolutions had an amendment that was disagreeable our supporters stood up and spoke out against it, even though we did not have a majority. And every time we failed, and every time I was so proud of our guys because they still had the courage to speak out for liberty, just like Dr. No. Then the last block that was considered was national security and it included support of the patriot act. And you know WHAT? Several of our guys made great speeches, and several neocons made decent ones two, but we won, WE Won and the patriot act was taken out of the platform. I almost cried. We actually convinced about a fourth of the room to join with us, these same people who all along during the other resolutions voted against us, finally came around and understood.

It was beautiful. And what was even more beautiful was that we didn't have to do it in a confrontational way, our guys were smart and well spoken. We made many good friends with the establishment of the GOP. We even had other Republicans coming to our guys and thanking them for helping the GOP and thanking them for attending. We even had one guy apologize for having such misconceptions of the Ron Paul supporters.

Well I hope more good news comes flowing in. I am emotionally drained.

Ron Paul supporters win partial victory at GOP conventions

Some idiots want to disenfranchise the next generation of the party. Stupid.

My brother (an RP supporter) was selected as a state delegate in his Austin area county convention. He called me at one point during it. He described the convention as a grueling marathon and told me (I'm paraphrasing) - Two things you don't want to see made: sausage and legislation. :D

Thanks for the story Bern. I like wrestling with pigs, so I would probably like making legislation. lol

Ex-Rep. Bob Barr to seek Libertarian nod, may get Ron Paul O.K.

I like Bob Barr. As much as any other Libertarian candidate, and certainly thought he did a decent job as a Republican.

In rough estimation, how do we stand in the Delegate count?

    I'm asking the G-man (Guerilla).

That means I don't care what Wikipedia or MSM says.

Honestly, I don't know. I think we will have more than 40, I'm fairly sure we will have several hundred, but many may be bound to vote for McWar on the first ballot.

Nice puff piece promoting Dr. Paul's new book.

    The Ron Paul Moment
It's only begun, says Thomas E. Woods, Jr.
    http://www.lewrockwell.com/woods/woods87.html

Some excellent quotes from the book, this isn't stuff from a polite country doctor, this is a fire-breathing patriot and he takes the entire system to task.

Check out the article, it's an excellent teaser for the book.
