I don't want to get into the prediction game, but I am anticipating good things in NH. We're far from out of it. Clinton skipped Iowa, finished 2nd in NH, and didn't win a state until Georgia. This is a much more wide open field. We're in good shape to make sure this isn't decided until mid February or much later.

Thanks for the links guerilla. Take a look at this, it is the candidates from a drop-down menu on our biggest and most famous British news corporation, famous around the world. It is another classic case of "spot Ron Paul." It's even got Thompson on there for f*cks sake lol. http://img148.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ronpaullp7.gif We all know that Thompson is dead in the water yet the odd looking bugger is still listed. I've already made an official complaint about the lack of Paul on the site, if our man gets 3rd or better in NH they simply cannot avoid him any longer. 2nd place would be absolutely fantastic. I think he needs the 2nd spot, what do you think the chances are bro?
I don't want to make predictions. To be honest, we should have grabbed 3rd in Iowa, but there was an issue with the voter database and the get out the vote effort didn't go well. I think our internal polling in NH is showing us strong, but it's hard to predict turnout. 4th is ok with me, 3rd would be great.
He needs a minimum of 3rd mate as far as I can see, you know these MSM f**ks, they would even only report on the top 2 if it means ruling Paul out (if he got 3rd.) Even if say Insane McCain got 1st, Mitt got 2nd, Paul got third and Huck got 4th the arseholes would still only report on McCain, Mitt and Huck. It's shocking how much they are ignoring him buddy. Seems McCain is absolutely nailed on for 1st. If Paul got 2nd it will be very tough not to mention him.
I've learned from Iowa not to set my expectations too high. 4th will be good enough. The campaign is already ahead of everyone else except Mitt in Michigan, Nevada and South Carolina. The momentum will keep building, and we want that, because ideally we want to peak right around Florida, and go into Super Tuesday very strong.
I'm afraid you are correct. The MSM would do just that, even if RP got 3rd they'll just focus on the top 2 and leave him out. He needs 2nd place to really give this SOBS no excuses left.
The trouble is (as I think guerilla knows too) is that the best he can get is 3rd, even though I'm praying for 2nd. I study odds mate and Insane McCain with his hamster cheeks is nailed on for first with gameshow host Mitt pretty much nailed on for 2nd.
It's much more fluid than that though. Each state presents it's own set of challenges and victory conditions. For example, New Hampshire is a winner take all state for Republican delegates. All that really matters is first place. A lower showing is great for morale and discussion, but no delegates are awarded to those spots. New Hampshire has less than half the population of Iowa. It also has nearly 50% independent voters. A very different situation. Same conditions for the Ron Paul campaign will apply though. Strong showing from Independents (no worse than 2nd place in that demographic) and a powerful "get out the vote" effort.

I am definitely in support of Ron Paul. I think he would be a great president and one that would work to get this country back to its roots. If he lasts until the Missouri primary, he's the republican that will get my vote.
