This is todays news: By Kay Henderson – Tue Apr 26, 6:19 pm ET DES MOINES (Reuters) – Representative Ron Paul took the first step toward a longshot campaign for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination on Tuesday, hoping to expand his support beyond a fervent group of loyalists. Paul, a Texas Republican and anti-war libertarian, announced in the early voting state of Iowa that he was forming a presidential exploratory committee, the first formal move toward establishing a campaign. Forming an exploratory committee allows Paul to raise campaign cash while he tests the political waters. "I do intend to make a firm decision (about a race) in the not-too-distant future," he said. Paul had run in 2008 when John McCain got the Republican presidential nomination. I think this is great and people have been waiting for this! As you know Donald Trump is getting obama facts most republicans would dance around. I dont think Donald will run as president because he still has to get his T.V show done and this is just fun. I think this was just a distraction to pick Obama apart. What are your thoughts?
Something to look forwards to - Apparently there is a Republican Presidential debate May 5th that Paul has said he intends to attend and requires a campaign committee for Pres. to be invited.
Isreal Ron has a huge following. Donald was a joke I agree. Read this 4/16/11 http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2011/04/16/latest-s-c-straw-poll-win-goes-to-ron-paul/ Texas Rep. Ron Paul won the latest in a string of presidential straw polls being conducted in key South Carolina counties this month ahead of the state Republican Party convention in May. Paul won the vote at the Lexington County Republican Party convention on Saturday, taking 16 percent of the 139 ballots cast. Lexington is considered a bellwether county in Republican primaries and is home to South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, but the party organization there has seen an uptick in libertarian-leaning Paul supporters in recent years. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who has done almost no presidential spadework in the crucial early primary state, had another respectable straw poll showing and finished in a tie for second place with business mogul Donald Trump, taking 12 percent of the vote. Romney finished fourth in a Greenville County straw poll last weekend and second in a Friday night vote at the Charleston County convention. Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, who won the Charleston straw poll and attended Saturday's Lexington event in person, finished with 10 percent and tied for fifth with former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.
I would say he is the best out of all candidates, but he won't become president because most Americans are too stupid and too uninformed to vote in the right man for the job, that's the truth. PS: I don't mean Americans are genetically stupid, but there is so much propaganda out there, they are completely brainwashed.
Not brainwashed but subjected to a lot of propaganda like the on that you're making , like RT , the Chinese aid center and a whole lot more .
Prior to proceeding any further in this effort it is incumbent on Ron Paul to produce the following: 1. Birth cirtificate 2. Evidence that his parents were actual citizens of the US 3. Proof that he attended schools in the US 4. His grades all through school. 5. He claims he has a medical degree. He needs to show it. 6. All tax forms during his adult life as a wage earner. 7. Distinguish between all income he earned in the private world versus all the income that he has earned as an employee of the US government. If he comes up with this information then there are a few other pieces of information that will be requisite. Actually come to think of it, since Trump is running around getting a lot of publicity and claiming that he wants to run for President, he needs to prove to the population that he is not an alien. All things considered with hair like this: there is a strong likelihood Trump is actually from a distant planet!!
As for example: When and where he was circumcised and size of his penis, or whatever he has left with after circumcision. fastreplies
Every election has people running as a publicity stunt to advance their own image. Ron Paul is one such man. He can't get elected. 1. He is elderly. 2. He is too extreme for 98% of the country (wants to get rid of just about every government agency, including the FBI). 3. His base isn't large enough to win a single primary.
