Actually I'm not a fan of .pro domains, I guess would be better rooms.pro :p

For your domain I'd say mid $xx

    Good luck

I agree with most. The keyword is okay, but the extension devalues it. I would say its worth low $xx

I guess you can make it a rom site and call it PRO ROMS or something...
I also dont see why they are undervalued...

Ok generally this appraisal section , people appraise for Domain value only , and domain value its worthless because its a .pro ext , and rom isnt like a profession or anything , lets say teachers.pro , doctors.pro would have been a better.

But if you are looking into developing a site , then its a whole different matter , you can make a reviews kind of site or whatever, generate traffics , generate earnings and sell the site based on traffic, earnings ,advisement's etc.

Otherwise if you looking sell just the domain , it will be hard ( nearly impossible ) because even tlds are struggling in this market lll.com which were generally going for like 8-15 k are now going for 4-8 k.

But there is always small window of opportunity , maybe a end user like this domain then he might pay you some hard cash but in reseller market , its hard and i gave various reasons for that .

Also one more thing , if you are talking domaining seriously and putting some hard earned cash then i suggest you get out of dp , its a buyer market, for a beginner domainer you should looking into namepros , learn the domain and its market , what domain are valued how much , i see how many .pros you got , if you still have that much of money to invest , i suggest you buy good domains at this time , its a good buyers market. Buy brandables, llll.com's (cvcv , pronouncables , aabb, all premium letters ) , one word .coms ) , first thing go to namepros or dnforum for better results, read the threads , go over sales thread and check what domains are going for what. At first it seems like all domains are great but later it turns out disasters. Frankly when i first got in i regged like 100 of .coms and whenever other appraised or said its bad i thought they were being stuck up but i later realized what a mistake it was, out of 100 , i only sold like 10 , dropped or expired most of them. I wasnt even able to recover my reg fee .

    Good luck
