Roles And Responsibilities Of Forum Moderators

    Hi All,

    I am new to this forum stuff and just out of curosity want to know what are the roles and responsibilities of a forum moderator. What are the tasks that a moderator is supposed to carry out? How much can a mod be paid for the forum.. I mean what is the ongoing rate??:)

    The ongoing rate is free. They clean up spam, enforce rules ..
