I've had a few people tell me that they could accomplish this and they all have failed. Need help getting my Roku channel live. I need somebody trustworthy because they will be getting access to my Roku developers account and my content. I've been quoted very inexpensive prices and unfortunately none of them were able to deliver I know it's not hard to do - you just have to know how to do it - I just haven't been lucky enough to find someone who knows what they're doing. Oh and btw I have about 2,000 hours of podcast content. The channel will also include on demand. But I will be streaming about 8 hours of original content daily. Thanks
Just audio streaming or is this a video podcast? A dedicated VPS will be required for what you're asking, video requiring higher demand than just audio. Roku uses HLS for video and owncloud is a great way to go from OBS > OwnCloud Server > Roku Ingestion I have a number of personal roku projects I've worked on in the past and have professional works on my website https://sarahsforge.dev If you're interested in working together and still need a Roku developer I'd be happy to help. Feel free to contact me via DM.
