Now that he has won the first grand slam of the year, is it possible to win all 4 in this calender year. I'm certainly hopeful.
Guys, I'm not really a fan of Lawn Tennis. But I know Roger Federer and Andrei Agassi. I'm not intending to hijack this thread but I really want to know who's better.
I like Federer It's been a great week with Federer winning the Cincinnati Masters. Still keeps him at 2nd position in overall yearly rankings, but it's great to get a cup
The Nike Primetime Knockout Event 2010 sees team Sharapova beat team Federer. Federer partnered with Sami Ahmad. Certainly great to see the lighter stuff before the big one. Cheers
Wow. Federer's certainly looking strong this week. He's one every game in 3 sets, and eve wiped out Soderling. Looking forward to the next. He can win the US Open this year yet again.
Great going. Federer just beat Isner at the Shanghai Role Masters. Great play. Straight sets for the master
This is nerve wrecking. Fedex is playing the finals against Andy Murray but his shots are going awry. Still hasn't found a foothold n the game, so it's really looking scary. Very rocky start for Fed.
The first set has gone to Murray. I guess he's also very disturbed because of the recent allegation of betting on him. Please let this tide pass. C'mon Fedex, you can win this one.
Watched the game against Andy Murray. I must say that Roger is not the same as he used to be. And other players know his weakness now -> BACKHAND.
Yups, the game wasn't strong from Fed's end. I'm still hopeful this weeks tournament will be much better. Fed is certainly feeling better. Here's what he said today " I just landed in Sweden. Weather is a bit cooler here. I am really excited to be in Stockholm and looking forward to playing on Thursday." All the best to Fed
Here's the latest update 'I Practiced in Stockholm this evening. The practice was opened to the fans and there were over 4’000 people watching. It made for an exciting and interesting practice! Lots of fun and I even hit with some young kids at the end.' Really sounds positive. Looks like Roger is having a great time at practice, and will be able to carry this positiveness into the tournament. All the best to Fed.
