I just set up a new site on Roflcopters.com, which is essentially a digg-type site for links of all sorts. We currently have the categories ROFL, WTF, Aww, Fail, Kewl, and IRL (set it up like that so it went with the theme). I set it up because, well, I had nothing else to do with the domain Roflcopters.com, and it was a pretty good domain. URL: http://www.roflcopters.com/

if you want the site to be digg-type site. you will need more help than just "submit new link". you need some code like dig.
