I never heard so test the services which are already rated than which no one knows, Just my suggestion.

 

they pay very well. they are a facebook ad network but they wont be accepting anyone anymore unless you have high traffic from facebook and have over 30,000 members in your facebook app.

well try using them then they are a good reliable fast paying ad network. they pay every 15th of the month if you get accepted by them.
