    I Thought They are Scammers.....

Atleast 1 Month before Today There Netherland Servers Goes Down.....
First we Waited for 1,2 Days...
I even Tried to Create Support Ticket There but i even can't access their website...
Then Days Passes & Even 1 Month Has Passed now....Still Their Server is down but they are running their own site on other Server....
Now before a Week i created Support Ticket There & Look What Reply i Got There on 15/01/2011 20:05

    "Hello,

I would like to aplologize to all customers first for any inconvenience caused. Our ex technician defaced over 70 servers and now we are bringing them back online, one by one. We are also not like other copmanies which would scam their customers, but we will not give up. No data is lost and all customers will be compensated aswell.

    Kind Regards,
    Paul"

And Now its 22-1-2011 and i have created even 5,6 Tickets and they are not replying now......

I just wonder if there are some low quality Hosters they even can manage their servers within 2 or 3 days and "RocksolidHost" they have been still managing server for 1 month....

Even i got my own Servers now but still want to know the Reason & Comments from u guyz....

Maybe this thread will save some Money Loss of other Peoples....

You get what you pay for.
Their prices are not believable, so many people who believed them have paid the price.
    as simple as that.
I saw on WHT they say their 70 servers have been defaced by their staff.
Can you believe it? The company nobody has heard of owns 70 servers?

I was unfortunately with them and it got to the point with downtime that I needed to switch. I planned to make a backup of the website and the database when all of a sudden that feature wasn't available in cPanel so they had a corrupted copy of cPanel installed which didn't have all the default features. When I switched away it was the best thing ever... Because I made the mistake of paying them a year in advance I asked to be switched to there remote desktop service which wasn't the greatest because it went down more than Paris Hilton. Glad I left them before this happened. Last time I checked they had 5 servers not 70.

    Hi,

I also had a bad experience with Rocksolidhost. I dont think they are scammers as such, however, I am afraid they were less than sympathetic to my business and that of my clients when all their servers failed. I appreciate things are going to go wrong but it is how those wrongs are dealt with that is important and in my experience with them they didnt have a clue how to look after a potential long term client.

"Luckily" I didnt put all my eggs in one basket, to coin a phrase. I have a very reliable server that I have used over the past 3 years without a problem and most of my clients are on that server. My bad experience with Rocksolidhost knocked my expansion plans back a bit but didnt affect me too much. They will not get a recommendation from me that is for sure.
