    Looking for a host that's rock solid. I don't need much space...50 megs is plenty. Bandwidth:10GB more than enough. Single account.

    But the service needs to be ultra-reliable, low-latency high-speed connections. Unique IP. Needs to run PHP.

    Obviously, a price premium is fine for the relibility; not looking for dedicated servers. Any recommendations? I'm thinking of Pair at the moment

    I highly recommend Parcom.net. I've hosted with them for years and they have always been rock solid and the cost is unbelievably inexpensive.

    You could try http://www.dreamhost.com. I am not sure if they offer unique IP, but they're pretty reliable and fast. If you sign up, tell them c1989 sent you. ;)
