So, i bought a new Roccat pyra mouse. Everything is working fine, when I plugged in mouse the first time, it looked fine, i get message 'installing driver software and when driver software installed correctly'(i'm using Win7) I got a message' you must restart your computer to complete changes'. So i restarted, but after computer restart mouse hadn't worked. I plugged off mouse and when plugged in it and mouse worked perfectly. I installed Roccat pyra drivers from manufacturer site http://www.roccat.org/Support/Gaming-Mice/ROCCAT-Pyra-Wired/ But after restart the same problem. I also tried V1.35 drivers versions. I tried this mouse on my loptop, same problem. I also deleted old Logitech's mouse drivers. It's a hardware or software problem? How to fix it? Any ideas?

Try switching your USB port to 2.0 and if you have any other mouse, check if that works , it might be the case that your new is damaged

bought ROCCAT PYRA wireless mouse. worked for around an hour and went dead!! looks like it's not comunicating because usb reciver is recognized by pc and mouse still blinks for 10 seconds when syncronized. then i trie it on my laptop and nothing.... still dead. this is my first cordless mouse and I am very disappointed. I think there is a major flaw in this model.
