Hi, I have just changed all the content for a website, whilst the domain has remained the same the .co.uk/s/home etc addresses have changed.

I was waiting for google to naturally search the site and update its listings from the old details, but on the last crawl lots of crawl errors appeared saying robots.txt unreachable.

Any advise? Will google find the new pages?

First it must be in correct format. Google definitely read your site.
