Robots.txt crawl error

    On google webmaster crawl erros is showing

    Time out error
    URL Detail Detected
    site url(i've already put 301 code) robots.txt timeout Sep 10, 2011


    Unrechable url

    site url(working fine) robots.txt unreachable Sep 10, 2011
    site url(working fine) robots.txt unreachable Sep 10, 2011

    So, How can i sort out this problem? Any suggestion???

    & one thing more,
    On another website same type of error is showing. However i didn't upload robots.txt file yet. Why???
