I have been using a new SEO Hack for Joomla on one of my new sites. One of the features is the ability to not display the Meta robots tag (outside of the homepage). The default setting is to not display the Robots meta tag. Q: Is it ok to have the robots meta on only the homepage or is it best to have it on all pages within my site?
Hi, There is no reason to use a robots meta tag to allow access to a page. Use this tag only on pages where you want to disallow indexing (noindex) or other options (nofollow, noarchive). Jean-Luc
