    Is it necessary to use <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> in my website , if i dont use then any problem for SEO and if need then which tag is good for my website ..www.netmoneymaking.biz

    There is no problem. Noindex is useful on any page if you do not want the search engines to index that page.
    Use an empty robots.txt if you want to allow all parts of your site to the search engines or you can just type in 2 commands in your robots.txt to index everything on your site:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow:
