one can say openID but its not as it sounds like, I mean if you tell this word "openID" to an internet amateur like me, I'll think of this as "one username and password to rule them all".. actually its not like this.(unless iam missing something) I cannot login yahoo with my google ID and password and vice versa. What actually I am looking for is the storage of passwords like roboform do. I dont wanna type in user n password shit nor do i want to remember. with roboform you can assign most complex passwords without remembering. The only thing it lacks is the online storage of your id and password which means, while iam on the go using a public PC, I still have to remember every user name and password i have on the internet. Anyone knows such thing like, i only have to remember one id and password and whereever I can use that on most comon websites requiring login. My point is I dont want to remember all the passwords that I have. any input?
I think this product suits your requirement http://www.passwordsafe.com/ I have not tried the product -- but it says you can store your password online or on your desktop. I came across this product while I was searching for a similar solution.
