Robbed by Adult Video Script.com BEWARE

Please beware.

quick over view, the site says Instant download at payment. I signed up, paid via paypal. NO download link.

So i click the nice live support help chat. The lady informs me that Instant Download is ONLY for Credit Card Purchases NOT paypal. So i requested a refund. She said billing would have to do this.

So i instantly file a support ticket as well as began a paypal dispute.

About 5 hours later the dispute is escelated, (digital goods, meaning i wont get my money back) and my AVS account is issued at the same time.

I then email support again and tell them i have not downloaded anything and requested a refund BEFORE my account was issued as their website is misleading.

They then delete my AVS account (so now i cant even access what i have paid for) and wont reply to my emails.

I NEVER WAS ABLE TO DOWNLOAD SCRIPT!! they just TOOK MY MONEY via paypal escalation and DELETED MY ACCOUNT!

Do you think people have nothing better to do than listening to you whine about receiving your software after the incredibly long wait of 5 hours? Seriously now, it's written on the website that it's not instant, you got it after only 5 hours (not days!), what exactly are you complaining about ? Or you simply want to get the script without paying, now that you already had access to download it ? I've checked the logs in our Client Area account, you have already downloaded it.

No, wrong, our site DIDN'T say instant download. And we really don't fall for explanations like: "I wanted instant download because I wanted to start working right away". Only fraudsters use such explanations. Any normal customer can wait 5 hours to have his order verified and to receive his software, as nobody launches his site in the same day. We are talking about 5 hours here, come on. You've been wasting several days just to argue, but complain about 5 hours.
If you're paying $4000 for a website that's very good, it means you have a lot of money and don't care for a hundred bucks that you spent UNAWARE that delivery is not instant through PayPal as CLEARLY WRITTEN on the PayPal order page.

Btw, did they deliver you a $4000 software instantly after you purchased with a PayPal account? Yeah, right.

If it's written on their order page that delivery is not instant, then you have no reason to complain about. Each vendor has its own terms, if they are displayed, you must follow them. And I am sure they don't offer instant download in order to protect their software against fraud. And 5 hour delivery is nothing to complain about, it's acceptable. You are exagerating, in my honest opinion.

I think there's something fishy going on with this dough1515 (4 posts) person.

 

I agree. Seems like this guy just wants to give a bad name to the AVS. 5 hours is that long a wait at all. If he had suffered some loss because of this 5 hours delay, then may be that would have been a different case.

However, I don't understand why AVS would cancel his account. Even though he is whining about it, he did pay for the account, and he should have access to it.

I think that's because they have an openned dispute on Paypal. Paypal takes the money from both sides till the conflict is settled. Why should they give him access to the software while he could also receive his money back?

I'm pretty sure this is bad advertising or just bad attitude. (or some kind of fraud attempt).

Since you have paid with an unverified PayPal, we reserved the right to manually verify your order, as our terms CLEARLY STATE.

- Your software was delivered after ONLY 5 HOURS! It's not instant, but it's not a long period of waiting either. There are companies delivering the software after 24/48 hours. You could not wait 5 hours to get it ? That's hard to believe. Nobody purchases a software to create his website in the same day.

We take serious measures against software piracy, there are many who purchase our script with STOLEN or UNVERIFIED PayPal accounts, then sell "their" licenses on DP / WHT and other forums at half the price.

The terms on the website are clear, if you purchase with Credit Card, through our credit card processor, that has a full range of anti-fraud tools, delivery is instant, as the system itself minimized fraud considerably and the risk of instant download is low.
For PayPal orders, where PayPal doesn't make ANY automated verifictions, delivery is not instant in many cases (unverified accounts, accounts with free email, etc).

We simply try to protect our hard work.

You have received the software after only 5 hours! It is a more than reasonable delivery time (for non instant purchases as the website states).

If you make such a big scandal because you didn't get it sooner, then I believe you had other intentions and you are now just frustrated that your dirty plan didn't work.

And since you pasted some of our conversion, let me paste some too:

" I hope your code is encoded well *******. You really should have just given me the refund."

That is a direct threat that you will distribute/sell our source code.

And yes, you have downloaded the software from the Client Area, we can see that in our logs, and your threat "I hope your code is encoded well A***E" clearly reffers to that.

 

THE FACTS:

- he purchased with paypal

- he got the unencoded/unprotected software few hours later

- he filled a complaint with paypal that he did not receive the software instantly (even if our website clearly states that delivery is not instant)

- the money was deducted from our account, and most likely will be returned to his

- he has our software, he has all our source codes, he can freely use it, he can even illegally distribute it, like he threatened (threat found in his own post above)

- more than that, he posted all his lies on the internet to put our company and product in a bad image.

 

Smells like bad publicity.

 

omg I hate winers,AVS IS awsome and always helpful to me even amy the customer service rep is very helpful I downlaod my script instantly after my credit card was verifyed. thank you avs for taking the 18 hours to verify my card and keeping my card secure for me. pay pal sucks and everything takes long with them I think. stop bitchin about avs because no one cares we all know starting a website takes a bit so maybe if avs is soooo bad maybe you should try another template company....... oh wait there really isnt any good ones that compare to avs. I now have 2 avs sites up and you know what neither were instant but I waited and now Im running 2 and hes probly still crying about his stupidity.

dont talk shit on a company you know nothing about. if his site is up and running I hope I find out which it is so I can not visit his site unless its to take all their content for mine hahahahahahha
