Rob Benwell/Clickbank - no refund after 6 months - what should I do next.

Help out there! I signed up for the individual coaching programme with Rob Benwell at Clickbank for his "Blogging Espionage"- package. I never got any support though, and told Clikcbank i wanted to cancel the support-programme and get my money back. They cancelled it but I never got my money back, even though they said i did. What do I do next? I have written their support 3 times but they ignore it, I paid 300 Euros for it which they illegally hold on to - any clues/help?

    Thank you very much!

Given the amount involved you aren't likely to pursue it very far.

If they say they have already refunded the monies then ask them for the details of the refund so that you can check it with your bank/ card issuer (depending on how you paid).

If you want you could instruct an attorny in Idaho but your costs will quickly outweigh your recovery

Perhaps 'Ben Robwell' would be more appropriate! :) :) :)

Astaroth, I have written to them three times about the details, but they ignore my mails. Do you have an alternate contact mail for them by any chance, since going for a lawyer in idaho (why there) would seem to lengthy...

    Yes Ben Robwell, why not...

I dont have alternative contact details for them however generally speaking you can find the email structure they use (eg ) fairly easily using the likes of LinkedIn or google searches and their website certainly gives the names of some of their board members so an email to them shouldnt be too difficult to do.

As to why Idaho, because thats the state they are incorporated in.

Well, how did you pay? Via paypal or?
You could file a charge back.

waste of time bro, you could be working on more important things.

Even credit cards have like a 90 day limit.

If it has been six months, then you are well out of anyones reach.

You should have contacted your card as soon as you realized you did
not get the refund they claimed you have gotten. paypal nor your
credit card will even entertain something 6 months ago...

If I get ripped, I threaten to pull the money from my bank, this is about
the only way these days they will even reverse a charge, sometimes it
works, and sometimes they do not care, and I have had that happen
also. I told them if they did not give me my refund, then I am gone.

They refused, well, I closed my account, and moved on to a bank that
is more interested in my well being over some merchant they do not know.

    good luck

Sitting back and hoping it all gets worked out, resolves nothing....
