    Hi all.

    I am selling my micro niche website. The reason for selling is that I do not have time to maintain it and maintain the link building.Its a cracking website, good design with 100% unique articles. Plenty of longtail keywords to target and $1CPC in adsense.

    I've probably done around $500 worth of SEO on the website and last month was sitting comfortably at #1 in Google UK and #3 in Google USA for the term "Roasted Carrots". It now sits 4th in Google UK and 7th in Google USA. (see screenshots - taken today)

    When I trialed adsense for a month, my adsense earnings for the month was around £32, which is about $55. With a bit more TLC than what I can give and some quality link building, this could easliy rank back at #1 for both terms.
