    Details: This site is a forum for the R&B/RNB music genre. It's an old domain, and running vBulletin. It has been inactive (but continually online) for years. It's still indexed in Google and still gets an average 500 unique visitors / month so far this year (according to AWstats).

    Currently I can't remember the login details for the vbulletin admin so you may have to find a way around that if you plan to keep the forum & content. I believe the value to mostly be in the domain.
