I know it's not CPA, it's CPM, but most CPM threads are in this forum. Anyway does anyone use RMX Direct? I signed up with them and got accepted into all of the providers in September of last year. I took it down shortly after due to bad fill rates. The site I tested RMX direct on did about 300k page views per day. I put them back up today after hearing they improved, they indeed did, but the only company filling and actually paying for impressions is Right Media. The rest are extremly low. I still see PSA's which I shouldn't see, espacially with 5-6 companies bidding on my traffic. Any feedback is appreciated.
Hi Ferrarislave: In the "Manage" tab settings in the app: Update the eCPM along with frequency capping your third-party networks. To update the CPM, click on the ad placement under an advertiser. Then, you can click on the $ amount link CPM to modify the price. Frequency capping can be done in the same manner, just click on that link and you'll be able to adjust the numbers. An alternative way, too, is to click on the placement itself and change your settings within that. Addressing the PSAs: an effective method is setting a network in the "Manage" tab at a low CPM (e.g. $0.01) and with no frequency cap. This network should be one that does a good job at fill at a higher frequency. Additionally, there are several topics regarding PSAs in the FAQs. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact support or post your questions in the "Community" tab area in Direct Media Exchange. You'll get a quick response from our team there. Hope this helps... Vince Panero Community Education Manager Direct Media Exchange (formerly RMX Direct)
RMX sux. Use Rubicon Project or Pubmatic. They support all the major networks and some of the RMX networks.
