RMS not connecting - Can you help?

    Hi all.

    I contacted my hosting provider and they reinstalled the RMS, but it still showing the errors, the following is the reply i got from my hosting provider.

    I redid the installation via the link they have sent me, however the error remains. Here is the full log output:
