It's an ok domain hack & it's a 3 letter name, but I'm not sure about the renewal fee for .al names of any restrictions on transfers. How much are the renewals? The other problem could be what development potential this name could have for commercial value.

Regarding the renewal :- it's $22.95/Year Regarding transfer, currently it's registered at dot.al and I could confirm that could be easily pushed into others accounts within the registrar or transferred to some other registrar who can handle .al. Within dot.al the transfer is free but transfer to other registrar is depends. Anyway it's really easy to work with dot.al so transfer is not an issue when it come to selling it to others. Regarding the potential of the domain,as I already said the hack targets a currency (riyal : of middle east). And this could be a great value for middle east companies specially for those have this word in their name or brand or companies related to finance in middle east. Also this domain can be used to promote forex related stuff at middle east , further you can consider this domain as a brand able domain and think out of the box and simply create a new business or brand.
