Risky...should i continue????

my earning down last month with average 0.05/clicks and its below USD300/moth. SO, i just take the risk to change the template and it look like this:

    ADS(336x280)

    date (mm/dd/yy)
    post title (h1)

(advertisement label - with arrow pointing below)
    ads(300x250)

    CoNtent
(hope u can figure what it look like)

    after i made the change
so the ctr reach 5% (normally 2-3%), and clicks with earning increase like h*ll, if I calculate the average i can get more then $400 this month.

what i afraid is, my visitors mostly from India and Indonesia, USA is third according to analytic and Alexa. and my placement i can say pretty good (maybe so good that i can get banned) and its been a week already since i made the change.

I understand that putting ads below post not violate the TOS.
but. i afraid that even it not violate the TOS but... i feel not safeeee...

hmm, should i revert back..or should continue..

As long as you do not violate their terms of service, there is nothing you should be afraid of.

I think you must continue until your site has content legal.

as long as it is not against adsense TOS and all your clicks are natural, then you should worry nothing

Placing Google ads just below your post title does not violate any rules. There are some restrictions on placing ads near images but placement near the title is safe.

If matrimonial ads are appearing for your website is because no other advertiser paid higher for a relevant ad for the country you are in. Most advertiser select only US, UK and top countries. If your traffic is from India and other low wealth countries than you won't be paid too much.

Simply ask adsense support to have a real answer, because here all you'll get are YESes, NOs and MAYBEs can you really trust any answer from here? Are you serious? hahaha

Ups and downs would keep going on so don't worry about, focus on getting quality traffic and provide quality content.

If you are telling me that you have a big arrow above the adsense block pointing to it then yes that would most definitely be against TOC's as you are not meant to draw undue attention to make people click on your ads. e.g. does everyone remember having it good when they allowed pictures next to ads, CTR's shot up, and then...well loads of people got caught out and banned....

There's nothing to worry if you are sure that you didn't do anything that violate their rules.

just some updates, since i posted this thread till now, everything fine and no warning from google, just got the massage "you're missing extra earning" they asked me to put 3 ads block, anyway i don't want to make my blog full with ads since its blogspot with only one layout for every pages.
The good thing is the revenue normally around USD10, and now constantly USD15 sometimes USD20, ctr increase from 3% to 5%, i also earn revenue from adsense form feeds which before this i earn nothing from it. I notice that cpc for feeds very high.
I'm not saying changing the layout is the only factor, Im constantly post minimum 10 post/day now.
Going for USD25/day... someone want to stop me??? =p
