Ripping My Template

I bought this template and payed good money for it!

Then, on MSN a person added me and asked if my template was for sale because his was to dark. He showed me a preview of his and as you can see >>http://www.concept-gaming.eu/<< Its pretty much an exact copy. He even said that he wanted his design to look the same as mine to the designer (>>http://zapnetwork.org/<<). He said he doesn't like the design anyway and wants mine but still...... I emailed the guy and am awaiting response. I know i can't do shit but i posted here to vent my anger....

 

Well, the layout is similar, but the design isn't copied much. You really can't do anything

 

The layout is an exact copy.... The only changed thing is the color.. Like i said. I'm pissed off because i spent about 120$ to get this designed and coded

 

Such people should be shot...

 

If you put it on the web, someone will eventually steal from it.... It's a matter of time

 

In the US layout cannot be copyrighted.
