I suppose doing that makes you happy. But that'll potentially give them more work and create unnecessary delays, especially if the multiple tickets are all the same issue. I finally got permission from someone there to post his details, although only via email. You can email Mark Klein at mark AT registerfly DOT com. Be sure to post specifics (e.g. domain name, order #, etc.). The more details you give, the more he can understand what's going on and act accordingly. I guess I'm lucky I haven't had any issues..yet. But I'm not holding my breath.
My support ticket has been replied. They issued me a refund to my account and said they had problems with RegisterFly, but is fixed now. They seem quite fast at responding my support tickets. Good luck
I opened a Paypal disput with them..no reply...I finally got into their live support, but they were always busy. BUT HEY! I GOT MY 4 DOMAINS AFTER 16 DAYS!
Haha, what do they do? Well, it says in the order confirmation email that I have to pay 18$ for the 4 domains, when, I HAVE ALREADY PAID 4.79$ with due to discounts, so I just ignore that letter. Then, I receive an email from Paypal saying that my account has been refunded from register fly...and now...my registerfly account is suspended. F RF!
They ripped me off for little less than 1000$. What can we do about that? I already paid them, because I had to, in order for them to release my 40+ domains I had on their account. Is there any way to fight this? I will help anyway I can, that company steals money.
