Ripped off by Facebook

    Facebook just charged me $10 and I have no idea what for. When I called, I got a message about not offering live customer service. It spouted out a website and when I attempted to go to that website, I got a message that it did not exist. So now, I've been charged $10 and have nothing to show for it.
