    Subjectively speaking, I guess. But given the facts of the situation, they did
    not arguably meet the so-called legal qualifications of a "rip off".

    I agree no one should be put through this. And neither should Dynadot given
    what happened, or any provider for that matter.

    But...that's what happens when one gets rather emotional about it. You live
    with what you've done, you learn from it, and try not to let it happen again.

    It might be good to ask a mod to remove this thread, since Dynadot have in fact done everything within their power to help you resolve this issue and in doing so, you are now a very happy customer.

    Certainly Dynadot's customer service is a real credit to the industry, it's always been absolutely outstanding.

    They don't really deserve negative publicity especially when this is not due and they most certainly have not scammed you or tried to rip you off, quite the opposite in fact.

    Anyway, glad you got your name back, well done and the best of luck with your development plans for it.
