One of the greatest actors around for sure...He will be missed. Although, I didn't know he was that old. I thought maybe around 60ish.
Wow, im also a huge fan. This is a shock. The guy could always crack me up when i was depressed. May his soul rest in peace. God bless him
He was the best and I will miss him, too. His hilariously offensive 7 dirty words skit still brings much Google search to my blog.
I just found out from your post that he died. That's a little sad for me. He was a good comedian. One of the best.
George Carlin dies at 71. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/06/23/AR2008062300074.html
"Here's another question I've been pondering -- what is all this shit about angels? Have you heard this? Three out of four people belive in angels. Are you fucking stupid? Has everybody lost their mind? You know what I think it is? I think it's a massive, collective, psychotic chemical flashback for all the drugs smoked, swallowed, shot, and obsorbed rectally by all Americans from 1960 to 1990. Thirty years of street drugs will get you some fucking angels, my friend!" -George
Carlin served as host of the first epidsode of "Saturday Night Live" in 1975 and appeared some 130 times on "The Tonight Show." He produced 23 comedy albums and 14 HBO specials winning four Grammy Awards, each for best spoken comedy album, and was nominated for five Emmy awards.
he looks like he lived life to the fullest, well worn for sure. he was the inspiration for Andrew Dice Clay
