organic listing can make you rich in ringtones bt do not expect good return from PPC... lots of off page and on page with some grey hat tech can get you on the top...
no offense but you have no clue what your talking about. in the last 4 months I have averaged over 150k/mo in ppc and spent less then 25% a month. and only in ringtones
I tried a small ringtone campaign with AdWords last month but I didn't have much success. I'm not really an AdWords guru, I think that's one of the problems I think I'll soon give ringtones another try with Azoogle. I started using them last month after reading Shoemoney's success with them and they are really great. They have lots of good stuff to promote, fast real-time reporting and they pay out really fast.
I've just joined Azoogle (wish i'd filled in more details on the form, i didnt realise it was going to be checked manually. -- i didnt put my address or anyting) Maybe someone could answer this -- does Azoogle let you list the ringtones on your site, then forward the user to a payment site, or do you just put a banner on your site, and hope people click and pay? Cheers.
I dont believe that azoogle has any way of listing a catalog on your site, but jamster @ CJ has a data feed you can use with them to create one. And for azoogle, just call them up and you'll get approved in minutes.
I've been trying to get approved with azoogle for over 2 months.. first i had to answer a list of 20 questions.. then i did but the email kept bouncing back.. then was told i had to mail the W9 form to them.. so i did.. im guessing they got it because they sent the 20 questions again.. lol.. I think i'm going to call and see whats up. as far as ringtones being saturated.. it may be, but there are many other affiliate programs you can promote in just the same way that will convert. Need to find something that you enjoy, know a lot about and can use that knowledge to sell. Don't just find something that you feel can make you a lot of money because someone else did. I think the trick is being unique! Just my 2 cents.
