    Hey,

Im just wondering what you guys would do here..

    say im promoting ringtones..

one of my adgroups has the keyword: "music video"

this doesnt relate to ringtones but this keyword got more clicks then any other keyword.. the ctr is bad: .02 if this keyword made 2 conversions would you still get rid of it?

it got you some cash, but the ctr would kill the campaign..

Also, the only time i seem to make conversions is when i first start a campaign with YSM.. i get a good amount of traffic... then it just dies and i get nothing.. How do i keep the impressions comming in? I just need to figure this out and I will be good!

Why don't you put that keyword/keywords in a new campaign?

so you reckon just put all the keywords that convert, but have a really bad ctr in their own campaign?

Will yahoo keep displaying these if the ctr gets to like .001%?

I'm not sure if they'll keep displaying it but at least the rest of your campaign CTR won't be affected and you can make the ad more targetted.

same problem here, somebody let me know if they know what the problem is. I think it's due to CTR the search engine has to have some time to find out where to place the ad after testing it's CTR. If the search engine finds out it has a low CTR then it displays less or lower than everybody else.

I'm having the same issues with YSM. Apparently it is because they have so many people advertising ringtones they rotate you (I also went from a lot of impressions to practically nothing...)
