    I have an old domain and I want to know how much is it worth it without building any backlinks or Alexa rank.
    My domain is "latestrings.com"

    And if I build some BL, Alexa rank and like Google PR 4 can I sell it for at least $300?
    I'm new into this and I don't know what's better. To sell a domain or to flip a website...

    If you're willing to invest some time/energy into this then definitely build a site, get some ranking and traffic (and hence some revenue) and then sell.

    As a domain it is worth virtually nothing. Even India Forum's $30 might be a bit of an optimistic valuation.
