Rights of a website

Hi i want to get a website made can anyone please tell me what i shud ask for (script, backup?? what is it) that i can be sure that after the website is completed my developer doest build same one like mine layout wise etc. How can i be sure that it secure and no reproduction can be done particularly by the developer himself.

You should probably first check if you can trust him and agree on a payment method. Paying cash upfront to a member with no rep is not a good idea.

The script depends on the website. Simple content websites require only a CSS script with HTML or a PHP script. More complicated websites may require serious PHP and MySQL coding. However, you can purchase readymade scripts from many sites.

As for the second question, that just depends on the coder himself. If he's got any self respect, he won't do it.
