You are smoking crack. It's not a custom design. It's the same friggin' template I have seen on a hundred other directories. On top of this, you posted this in the wrong forum! You will get a MUCH better response to this in the Solictiations and Announcements forum....where people actually go looking for directories to submit to.

I guess you have a typo with price for reciprocal links on your submission page:

Featured links $6.90
Regular links free
Regular links with reciprocal $30
