Dear All, Can you tell me about the right keywords for any particular work, Example: If i search jobs in dubai, then results show word "jobs in dubai" in title and description, if i want to getting top index for that word, then where i have to type "jobs in duabi" in my site?
You can use for example Google Keyword Tool External. Type there two word in line, like: jobs dubai job dubai and you will get from Google not only popularity for these word, but also some search variants (search queries)
Where did you search? I assume you searched in Google, if so, yes Google highlights the keywords that appears in the results. I assume you were asking about the keyword placement in your site to get on the top index of the Google! Is this right? If not explain more.

There is a lot of places where you can put your main keyword like put your main keyword in page title, in h1 tag, in image alt tag, in title tag, in anchor text & if you can save your logo image by your keyword then also it will help you.
you will need to insert your keyword in title, in content and as well build dofollow backlink with your keyword in anchor link.
you can place your keyword in title, description & content with variation like "Job in Dubai", "Jobs in Dubai", "Dubai Jobs" and "Dubai Job"
