Right Click --> Open in New Window on Adsense Ad ?

Can some one tell /explain me how google calculates Right Click --> Open in New Window on Adsense Ad ?

 

Yes, It is calculated, If done manually. Not by putting any script to open Adsense in new window.

But does this clicks count as regular "left" clicks or not? Can google determine if it is "right" or "left" click? Just curious.
