Their is definately a flaw in your infraction system. I dont see how by posting Im interested in your articles is grounds for an infraction. I dont see the logic behind it. Care to explain it to me? If you dont want individuals posting replies in that section then why not just disallow it in the usergroup settings?

Well making posts like that seems as just a way for shameless self-promotion, ie, just a means of increasing your post count.

If you were really interested in what the seller has to offer, why wouldn't you just drop them a PM asking how to purchase or where to send payment?

I can see the circumstances for asking a question publicly, but by posting something not so subjective basically summarizing the statement that you want the product, there is no valid reason in doing so. You should be contacting the seller, and engaging in the transaction, if you are really interested in the product and purchasing it, not making a post and having the seller and you seamlessly post back and forth in the same thread when you could be having a private conversation using the PM system instead.

No offense buddy that is complete nonsense. I dont need to make a post to advertise give me a break. Trying to raise my post count for what? Am I going to get a reward? Why drop a pm when you can post a reply in the thread. That is what forums are their for no?

Forums are for discussion, not personal contact. That's what the PM system is for. Get what the "P" in PM stands for...PERSONAL or PRIVATE Message. ;)

Im replying to a topic. Im not asking what color the individuals underwear is that is something you would do in a private message.

Never considered that something like that would be not allowed. It too bad they dont have the icon that Im looking for to respond to your rolling eyes. ;)
Case is closed. If its in the rules I don't have a leg to stand on.
