    I have felt this way about many 'stars' usually as their heads swell to the point that any common sense has been squeezed out of their ears. They become untouchable - or so they think. (jacko)

    On another post you made a comment about me seeing the light, I have seen the light and I know who the light is.

    They are simply public relations ploys, get with my program, Elvis was a star, Led Zeppelin are stars, the Beatles were stars, the Rolling Stones are stars,
    Shakira is a SUPERSTAR.

    There is a difference between stars and public relations fabrications or sensational news makers.

    Paris Hilton had to make an X-rated video to get her "so called stardom started" she is a public relations scam, not a star. :eek:

    How about the Simpson sisters, how about the Olsen twins, would anyone call those chicks stars or hyped up bullshit?

    It can get ridiculous to the heights that these people are blown up to. Sometimes I feel like they don't have a grip on reality. Michael Jackson and Britney Spears are prime examples.

    Of course there are others that are very down to earth despite their celebrity status. Casey Kasem and Leeza Gibbons come to mind.
