    Hey guys,

A buddy of mine just received this...forgive me if it was talked about in another thread...I don't know exactly what this is about, but at first glance I'm pretty disgusted by it:

Does anyone have the original email that he sent?

What kind of sad marketing tactic is this?

Probably, but this is definitely what I would consider 'crossing the line'.

Well.... I've never heard of him before (this is probably why) but this is probably the last we'll hear of him unless he shapes up. I mean, he basically calls Americans hypocrites and stupid, and then offers "love making" to American widows. Ehhhh, right.

Hmmm the Rich Jerk although abrasive its a pretty smart marketer but this seems completely dumb.

It would be easy to fake an email like this. Is it real?

Oh I agree completely. I know he's mega-successful and I know that his "rich jerk" image is brilliant... in fact, I bought his e-book when I was a beginner a year ago (although it really isn't anything special).

Sure, go ahead and address your subscribers as "hey loser", berate them, needle them, that's fine if it's all part of your image... but this tactic is just way over the line in my opinion.

To blatantly disrespect people who lost family members and loved ones in a tragedy like 9/11 makes me sick... and this follow-up email is just as sick as well.

A buddy of mine is on his list, and received this email earlier today. He said that he remembers deleting the message before that without reading it, so that's why I'm wondering if anyone has the original mailing.

I'm not saying with 100% certainty that this email is legit, and that's why I want to know if anyone else received it.

I am in his mailing list. I just checked my email at yahoo and found that I received the exact same email from,
This could be another one of his tactics to get the media attention.

Do you have the original mailing that he sent? (the one that I posted is the follow-up)

If so, can you post it?

"Rich Jerk Offers Sex to 9/11 Widows"
It sure got me to click the email and read the first two paragraphs. Has anyone else been following his emails lately? It seems like he's getting desperate.

wow i actually read it all. those are VERY nice checks, several 6 figures. they could be scanned more than once or something, but still several have to be legit. but it would be hilarious if Nelly or whoever owned the rights to that song sued him for using it

"Last resort: Piss off the world... that'll get attention".

Similar to the comment I made about him Advertising like crazy "all the sudden" and someone said that I was stupid for saying that... someone who probably has never really "been in business" before.

RJ's latest Tactics are obvious that his Product is not selling well any longer... so he's now trying to squeeze blood from a Turnip.

I don't see how this relates to marketing. Shouldn't this be in the general or politics section or some other place?

I agree with him. Alot of people, even here, think they can tell what people should and shoulnd't do. IF you want to make someone crazy, thats a good way to do it. RJ rocks.

    That's disgusting...
You know what, when I first read his sales copy, I actually started adoring, (can't think of a better word now) this guy. But this time it's over the head, way over...

I think that it's this guy who needs a life, staring at his computer screen has made him crazy, BIG time crazy...
