Rice or noodles?

Do you like to eat rice or noddles? I like noddles more as I enjoy the soup of it, but it does not make your stomach full so easily as rice, so I'll eat rice if I am really hungry.

i think rice is better more our health but noodle is more delicious. just eat rice when you have to do heavy works and have noodles when you have to do lighter ones

 

Actually I have heard that noodles can be better, because even simple carb noodles take longer to digest. Something like that - I'd have to look it up again to be sure. I prefer rice, however.

Always been a huge pasta fan in the past but I've been weening off of it. Brown or basmati rice are now making the rounds

In my opinion rice is healthier but you can't make spaghetti with it

Oh yeah get me some Onoodles from Panda Express with chop sticks and lamb sauce and a big portion of WooTang Chicken

I like both. I think I prefer rice with more soupy things and noodles with thicker sauces.

 

I like both rice and noodles. But as far as our health is concerned, noodles are made from refined flour(maida) which should not be consumed much. So, I used to eat noodles very rarely while I often eat rice.
