    Hello,

I rewritten an article, but copyscape found an article that was 9% matching with my original article, is that okay?

Will google treat my article as duplicate?

If both articles are yours then you are fine legal wise. Your question goes into SEO or search engine optimization as it seems. You would get a better answer in the seo section rather than legal if this is the case.

I believe the legal standard is that 11 words in a row have to match for it to be considered plagiarism.

I'm interested to know where you got that statistic from. Especially as 'plagiarism' has no legal standing.
