RewriteRule & htaccess help required, willing to pay

    I'm looking for someone who really knows what they are doing with "RewriteRule" within the htaccess file etc.

    I'm willing to pay for your time.

    What i'm looking for is converting what normally would be be a dynamic url into a more friendly one for search engines etc.
