   I am having a problem with two similar rewrites causing a loop. Please help
   
   RewriteRule xyz.php http://www.xyz.com/xyz.html [R=301,L,NE]
   RewriteRule xyz.htm http://www.xyz.com/xyz.html [R=301,L,NE]
