Buying Rework of PHP site from CMS to Static

I have a site that a previous developer has made a bad job of. It has a largely unnecessary CMS which is unituitive and limiting. However I will now retain the CMS for a part of the site (unless you have a better solution that won't take too long). But 80% of the site needs to be changed to static PHP pages exactly as they currently appear. You will just need to go through the site, page by page and give me the static PHP equivilent pages, which will be used instead of the home-made CMS. You can build it on a folder of the current structure.

The CMS currently delivers every page on the site which the htaccess file rewrites to a specific URL. So you'll need to be able to change the htaccess file except for the 20% of the site that I will still use the CMS for (unless you have a better solution that won't take too long)

Every page on the site has titles and meta data which need to be retained. The exact design format of the site should be retained.

Any included code or common elements need to be handled in a professional coding standard - no repeated code elements.

The menu system needs to be easy to add and delete elements to/from. New pages are created continually, and sometimes we'll need to change pages around.

The site consists of approx 35 pages to be changed.
The site consists of approx 60 pages for which the CMS can be retained - this just corresponds to the company's case studies.

I need it done ASAP, because there are other projects for the same site too which are waiting. Few days at the most. If you have pressing other projects, please don't quote. You must be ready to work straight away.

Quotes please... Only developers with good iTrader please
