rewindd web hosting - Horrible experience STAY AWAY

    Well firstly Jet wash what wasn't the included in your post was the abuse that was given to the member of staff in question, we do not take abuse in any form and will terminate the account of any customer who uses abuse against us. We decided with this particular customer that we would give him a second chance and try and help which is fair for all parties involved, our systems are automated but there has been some issues since we ported all of the information from rewindd to spotless host.

    We are trying to work through this and will have our systems in fully working order when we move servers on wednesday.

    The server is down for past 48 hrs. And so is spotlesshost.com which in fact is redirecting to 000webhost.com ..... Wht the Hellls going on...... And my clients are killing me.... first hte nameservers and now this?????

    all cheap master reseller account providers are doing same thing..............also facing huge problem with my websites more than 50 % down time..................

    My Boyfriend uses Rewindd Web Hosting which as @DeanUK said was purchased by Spotless Host Inc. Spotless according to the owners Rewindd never actually made payment, so the server was re-taken by Rewindd ~ Apparently after which even though, Rewindd had taken back control, Spotless was billed.

    According to there host, they declined to pay the bill and thus the server has been cancelled and either has been formatted or awaiting formatting.

    My bf is trying to take over the company because he's been sad about losing his data, and feels bad for the rest of you.

    So I hope you guys get that.

    Anywho off to comfort him, he lost 15 websites.. In this encounter.. He is still working to help bring back

    The basic story is that Stephen approached me to take a role in running spotless host with him, from my knowledge Stephen was to pay david with goods that David wanted, a few days later Stephen sent me a message stating that he had sent the goods and that David had received them.

    We had took over and saw what kind of state that the server was in so part of the plan was to move the server on to a new one at the planet, but the day before this was due to happen David got in to the server and placed a redirect to a gay porn site, since then I have had messages off Stephen saying that David is using a Canadian law to take over the business again and David sending messages saying that Stephen owes him a lot of money, but I don't know who to beleive.

    As for now I do not know what the hell is going on.....

    Unfortunately I do not have access to any control panels or anything so I can not get any back ups or anything, I am very sorry for the customers and if there was anything I could do I would but unfortunatley there isn't.

    I wouldn't even think about going anywhere near a company that has already had one "sale" and failed like it did or a company claiming to be there to "pick of the pieces of another failed company"

    RazzHost best of luck to you but i think you will get avoided by alot of people who read this forum.

    The lesson in this for all of us - NEVER sign up with a company that David, Dean or Stephen have anything to do with!!!
    Thank goodness I never took any clients over to either of my accounts with them (well why would I when I never had a week without downtime)

    I am sorry for everyone who got shafted
    - I also feel bad for all the other small hosting companies that I will never have the confidence to try out after getting ripped off a second time buying hosting via these boards.
    I don't know about the rest of you but I'm sticking to the big boys from now on - its sad but you really do get what you pay for and I'm tired of topping up kids pocket money and getting ripped off in return.

    I'm sorry HWW but I am refusing to be put in the same boat as them two amatures, for a start I have lost just as much as you guys have, I was told that the deal was done and that we had owned rewindd customers but I was told a lie by Stephen, I was in the middle of trying to sort the business out and get some stability for the customers but everything I was told was a lie, I now do not ever want to go near a business with David, Stephen, rewindd, spotless again, my reputation has gone down the drain and I now can probably never open another hosting business again, I have ran several successful ones in the past I really enjoyed it now, I have no credability, reputation is shot and it's all thanks to a bunch cowboys and amatures who lie and can't grow up to save there lives.

    Yes, I know this is my first post. But I wanted to get the word out about this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE "Hosting" People (I say people because they do not act like a real company)
