    Why are you selling a website that makes $1000/mo for $1300 ?

    Can't see any reason for that, except that there is something wrong with the website / the whole money-making system.

    Still can't see any reasonable cause to sell a $1000/mo website for $1200, it means that after 1 month you get the return on your investment.
