He is very good at his job and has found us LOADS of work, but, he is unfortunately leaving us due to personal commitments. We are now seeking a new business developer to find us new work and take a percentage of the job. We will pay the percentage as soon as the job converts. We specialise in large platforms that are built bespoke to the client but also develop your common WordPress/Drupal sites. The business developer simply needs to find new leads, if they convert, we pay a percentage of the job. No job is too big or too small. You're paid to find work, no getting your hands dirty.
