Revnue sharing hacks for free forums

    Hey guys and girls,
    Just wandering if anyone knows of free forum hosting sites which have hacks allowing you to create a revenue sharing forum, i know vbulletin has this but you have to pay for the liscence

    Any help is much appreciated,

    I would suggest getting the Vbulletin license, if not go with a current version of Invision Power Board. The free stuff ends up getting hacked, current versions of phpbb are pretty hacker safe though. I used a free forum for awhile but it really didnt compare to having your own domain name that you can make a brand name out of plus when your forum gets big your always gonna wanna switch to a paid board software. Just my two cents anyway.

    I totally agree with you ninjashoes about vbulletin, however i'm pretty new to this and think it would be wise to 'test the waters' before paying for this. I have alot to learn. However i could use phpbb on my own domain right?

    Oh yeah sure you can use it on your own domain. You have a point with starting out with free forum software, thats what I did too, it can help you get comfortable. I used a free ipb board then switched to vbulletin when I started getting more excited about things.
